OneTrust is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join the R&D Operations team in Atlanta. OneTrust's mission is to enable innovation through the responsible use of data and AI, providing an AI-Ready Governance Platform that unifies regulatory intelligence, automation, and connected governance workflows. In this role, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of R&D projects and programs, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include: **Portfolio Oversight**: Assume accountability for a portfolio of projects advancing R&D objectives. Navigate between high-level strategic oversight and detailed project management, intervening as necessary to ensure alignment and facilitate adjustments. Serve as a strategic partner leveraging industry knowledge to inform decisions. **Performance Metrics & Reporting**: Develop and implement robust metrics and measurement frameworks to assess program and project effectiveness. Regularly report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with R&D leaders to align initiatives with business strategy and drive tangible outcomes. **Strategic Leadership**: Foster strategic alignment among R&D teams and stakeholders, ensuring cohesive progress toward R&D and company objectives. Offer thought leadership on issues impacting program success (scope, timeline, quality). Serve as a trusted advisor providing clear guidance when obstacles arise. **Problem-Solving & Clarity**: Guide R&D transformations essential for achieving program objectives with awareness of immediate and long-term implications. Offer informed recommendations on program dependencies that could impact other initiatives. **Risk Management**: Maintain oversight of portfolio and project risk exposure, ensuring risk communication, escalation, and mitigation plans are established and executed. **Talent Development**: Embrace servant leadership, actively fostering growth and development across individuals and project teams. Provide opportunities for professional advancement and mentoring on industry best practices. You will spearhead operationalization of strategic programs aligned with quarterly and annual initiatives, achieve quantifiable outcomes while upholding scalability and quality, and contribute to enhancing project management methodologies and tools.
