Success is measured by accurate and current program forecasts grounded in executable assumptions; early identification and quantification of financial risks and opportunities; delivery of concise, decision-ready insights to program managers and executives; efficient rollup of program outlooks into company forecasts and plans; and scalable finance models and processes that improve visibility, speed, and control. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field. - Five or more years of progressive experience in program finance or program controls supporting DoD, aerospace, or other U.S. government programs in a contract-driven environment. - Demonstrated ownership of program financial performance, including EAC and ETC development, revenue and margin forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow, funding, and financial risk management. - Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), integrated cost and schedule performance, funding analysis, baseline management, or comparable program controls disciplines. - Strong understanding of government contract structures and their financial implications, including firm-fixed-price (FFP), cost-reimbursement, and time-and-materials (T&M) contracts. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated experience building financial models, forecasts, and executive-ready analyses. - Ability to operate independently in an evolving environment, establish practical processes, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and build trusted partnerships with program managers and business leaders. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with ability to present complex financial information to technical and executive audiences.
