SimpleClosure is building infrastructure for business dissolution, a $4M+ funded company that has helped over 7,000 companies navigate shutdown. The company streamlines the entire business dissolution process—legal, tax, operational, and administrative—while connecting founders with buyers for remaining assets. You will own and scale SimpleClosure's partner ecosystem as a Senior Product Partnerships Manager. This is a high-leverage role focused on identifying, structuring, and closing major partnerships that drive growth and reshape revenue trajectory. Unlike traditional channel or referral partnerships, you'll build deep, integrated relationships with technology platforms, financial services, and founder-focused ecosystems. These partnerships will embed SimpleClosure into products founders already rely on, unlocking durable recurring revenue. Key responsibilities include developing relationships with senior decision-makers across technology platforms and financial institutions; representing SimpleClosure as a trusted partner; leading commercial negotiations for win-win deals; ensuring seamless product integration into partner workflows; working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Operations to scope and execute integrations; using data signals to optimize partnership value delivery; and defining/tracking partnership KPIs including revenue contribution and adoption metrics. You'll operate at the highest level, working directly with the CEO and partnering closely with R&D and GTM teams. The role requires 6+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem development, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech. You must be technically fluent enough to work with product teams on integration opportunities and API-based collaboration, skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders, strong in commercial negotiation, and entrepreneurial enough to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategy with hands-on execution. Compensation is $160,000–$230,000 OTE (base + variable), with competitive equity, comprehensive health benefits, life insurance, unlimited PTO, two company-wide offsites annually, and 401(k) with immediate eligibility. The role is hybrid, with candidates required to be located in SF, NY, or LA metro areas.
