The Corporate Data team is experiencing rapid growth and faces a critical challenge: effectively hiring, training, and scaling new data team members while establishing clear performance metrics and scorecards. This role focuses on building foundational systems to support that expansion—particularly in hiring, onboarding, and enablement.
As Senior Product Operations Manager, you will own and continuously improve onboarding, training, and enablement processes for both new and existing employees. You'll collaborate closely with data team members and managers to ensure training materials, best practices, and resources enable new hires to contribute quickly and help existing team members maximize efficiency. You'll also oversee key recruiting functions including grading take-home assignments, interviewing candidates, and partnering with recruiting teams to fill 10+ positions over the next six months.
This is a cross-functional role requiring work with applicants, early-stage employees, and functional leaders to drive consistent, impactful change. You'll build 0-1 systems to stabilize rapid growth, establish standardized scorecards to measure what matters, and work with data leaders to scale best practices across the organization.
The role is remote-friendly and can be based anywhere in the US, though East Coast work hours are expected. The company has offices in the US, APAC, and India, and you may be asked to work flexible hours to support junior employees in different regions.
