As a Senior Product Operations Analyst, you'll be a key member of the Savings & Investment Operations team, working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Member Support, Financial Crime, and Finance teams. You'll support Product Owners in managing complex technical projects, engage with external partners to establish and monitor SLAs, and interact with VP/SVP-level stakeholders to present research and insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Product Owners with cross-functional technical project management
- Negotiating and monitoring SLAs with external partners
- Presenting research and analysis to internal and external audiences at senior levels
- Acting as the voice of the customer, providing Level 3 support to member support teams
- Guiding the global operations community toward continuous improvement
- Owning complex projects spanning multiple work streams and functional areas
You'll need at least 3 years of experience in finance, consulting, technology, or operations, with specific expertise in payments, Indian financial markets, and payment settlements. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines in transactional flows, card manufacturing, and card logistics is essential. You should be proficient with Jira, Confluence, and customer ticketing systems, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
