Ramp is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for new products in the finance automation space. You will own the complete business lifecycle for emerging products—from early customer discovery and product strategy influence through launch, commercialization, adoption, and scaled growth. Key responsibilities include: shaping product strategy by bringing customer and market evidence into product decisions; defining ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and positioning; owning the product narrative and competitive story; designing zero-to-one GTM motions including audience, channel, pricing, and sales/self-serve approaches; leading cross-functional launches coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Support; building commercialization programs that convert interest into qualified pipeline and retained usage; working deeply with Product and Engineering to understand architecture and influence tradeoffs; developing direct customer relationships and running structured discovery; defining and tracking leading/lagging business indicators; building customer proof points and competitive intelligence; and creating a repeatable playbook for taking emerging products from signal to scale. You will need 6+ years in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, or product-led GTM with significant ownership of product or business outcomes. Demonstrated zero-to-one experience launching new products, categories, or business lines is essential. You must have strong customer instincts, technical fluency to work credibly with engineering teams, exceptional communication skills, data literacy, and proven ability to lead senior partners without formal authority. High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and fluency with AI tools in research, analysis, and workflows are critical. Experience in fintech, payments, accounting, developer tools, or data infrastructure is a plus.
