Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 / annual

Flashpoint is a threat data and intelligence platform serving commercial enterprises and government agencies. The company delivers cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection solutions through the Flashpoint Ignite platform. You will own the go-to-market strategy for Flashpoint's core cyber threat intelligence offerings. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, where you will shape value proposition, positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and pricing/packaging strategy. You will translate technical capabilities into narratives that resonate with CISOs and security practitioners globally. Your work directly impacts market position, win rates, deal value, and company growth. Key responsibilities include: - Create differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in buyer, market, and capability understanding - Drive awareness, pipeline, and growth for threat intelligence offerings - Own product marketing strategy and roadmap for key offerings - Partner cross-functionally to design and execute GTM initiatives and commercialization efforts - Build sales and marketing content (collateral, thought leadership, solution presentations, website content) - Equip sales and partner teams with messaging, training, and support structures - Become the resident expert on target buyers, market trends, and competitive landscape - Represent Flashpoint as a thought leader through publishing, social, and webinars First 30 days: Learn Flashpoint's vision, strategy, and culture; meet key stakeholders; get up to speed on products and competitive landscape; analyze customer engagements and prospect data. First 60 days: Contribute to a GTM initiative; complete content audit and map to buyer's journey; build competitive intelligence resources and articulate differentiation. First 90 days: Develop prioritized action plan aligned to corporate goals; build product demo and deliver sales training; translate product roadmap into unified launch strategy. REQUIREMENTS: - Product marketing experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence software - Strong written and presentation skills (decks, launches, competitive briefs) - Experience shaping pricing and packaging strategy for SaaS products - Ability to run multiple concurrent initiatives without losing momentum - Background briefing executives, boards, or industry analysts on competitive and market dynamics - Demonstrated curiosity about applying AI to product marketing work, with practical application in prior roles
