Botpress is an enterprise-grade AI agent platform for customer support, built AI-first rather than bolting AI onto legacy systems. The company raised a $25M Series B in 2025 and is redefining how support teams operate in the AI era. You'll own the Botpress product and company narrative as Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Growth and collaborating closely with the VP Marketing. You'll sit in a product growth pod alongside a PM and growth engineer, ensuring messaging ships fast and impacts the funnel within weeks. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting customer interviews, market research, and win/loss analysis to develop positioning and messaging - Building and rolling out a new product and company narrative across homepage, landing pages, onboarding, sales decks, and email - Attracting the right B2B buyers (customer support leaders in North America) and improving conversion from landing page through signup to paid conversion, with experiments behind every change - Rebuilding nurture and conversion workflows in HubSpot, triggered by product signals and run as an ongoing experiment program - Leading messaging and launch support for pricing and packaging changes - Equipping Sales with messaging they'll actually use: decks, competitive positioning, objection handling - Connecting new product features to clear value stories You'll own every word from first ad to paid conversion and see directly how your copy impacts revenue. The role is fully in-office in Montreal, operating in a lean, innovative culture where everyone is an owner. REQUIREMENTS: - Exceptional B2B copywriter and storyteller with a portfolio of shipped B2B messaging (homepages, launches, landing pages) tied to business results - Experience positioning or repositioning a product at an early-stage company or during a pivot—you created the story rather than inheriting a mature brand - Research-led approach: you run customer interviews and market research yourself and can demonstrate how findings became messaging - Self-sufficient executor: you build and ship your own emails, workflows, and page updates in HubSpot without a team behind you - Eligible to work in Canada BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in AI, customer support, CX, or helpdesk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Ada, Front) - Marketing to CS/Support leaders at North American mid-market companies - PLG or self-serve funnel experience where marketing owned conversion, not just leads - A/B testing on landing pages and email with comfort using product analytics tools like PostHot - Pricing and packaging launch experience - Hands-on experience with Webflow or another CMS - Heavy, fluent use of AI tools in your own workflow
