Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Star Trek Fleet Command team on a remote basis from the UK. Star Trek Fleet Command is a top-grossing 4X MMO launched in 2018 that continues to evolve and maintain its position among the most successful Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the development roadmap and strategy for one of the feature teams. You will oversee the complete feature lifecycle from specification writing through launch, managing product requirements and feature quality while conducting release analysis and reporting. As the player's advocate, you will prioritize player experience in every decision, align development with target audience needs, identify and implement key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences, and address player issues to enhance the game. You will provide leadership on daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. You will manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations. You will demonstrate sound product judgment to formulate strategies and set clear, measurable objectives for achieving business goals. Additionally, you will serve as a vocal and proactive team member, communicating complex ideas clearly and maintaining visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues. Requirements: - Extensive experience in product management, ideally with significant responsibility on a F2P mobile game - Demonstrated success managing complex monetization and engagement systems, with extensive experience in content development - Data-native mindset with the ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision - Strong player empathy and experience working with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels - Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods, including creative, design, and engineering teams
