Scopely is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the WWE Champions team, a leading mobile RPG puzzle-match game featuring WWE superstars and legends. This role offers the opportunity to independently lead major features or systems within the game while driving measurable impact through data-informed decision-making. You will own a specific product domain (such as Events, Economy, or Systems) and be responsible for the full lifecycle of feature development and optimization. Your responsibilities include translating game-wide strategic goals into actionable plans within your area of ownership, collaborating with Design, Engineering, and LiveOps teams to build and launch features, and analyzing performance data to drive iterative improvements through A/B testing and experimentation. As a Senior PM, you'll act as the primary stakeholder and go-to expert for your feature area during team planning sessions, ensuring clarity and operational success. You'll also mentor junior PMs and Associate PMs by sharing domain knowledge and best practices, while communicating progress, performance insights, and key learnings to product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders including Marketing, UA, Finance, and Support. The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of product management experience, ideally in live service or mobile free-to-play games, with demonstrated success owning and delivering impactful features within larger product ecosystems. You should be proficient in data analysis and experimentation, skilled at aligning cross-discipline teams, and deeply empathetic to player needs. Experience with LiveOps, game economy design, monetization systems, or managing complex systems at scale in mature products is a plus. This is a hybrid role based in Scopely's Culver City studio hub or remote within the US or Canada, offering flexibility while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.
