As Senior Product Manager for Trust & Safety, you will own the complete product surface for trust, safety, compliance, and anti-fraud initiatives. Your responsibilities include shipping GDPR, CCPA, and DSR flows; implementing biometric consent mechanisms; deploying IP checkers and NSFW detection; ensuring C2PA and EU AI Act compliance; managing moderation policies; and building abuse and fraud detection systems. You will work directly with Engineering, Legal, Analytics, and Applied ML teams to deliver these critical systems.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer products at scale (>1M monthly active users), with at least one production safety, trust, compliance, or anti-fraud surface shipped end-to-end. Examples of relevant experience include consent flows, DSR implementations, moderation pipelines, age gating, provenance/watermarking, abuse/fraud detection, ID verification, or payment risk scoring. You must be fluent in Russian and willing to relocate to Almaty. Strong data fluency is essential—you should be able to read data pipelines, spec classifier evaluations, and work effectively with ML engineers. You must demonstrate a track record of shipping features quickly and making sound judgments under legal ambiguity, including reading data processing agreements and collaborating with legal counsel.
Strong plus qualifications include fluency in English, background in fraud, risk, or payments (Stripe, Wise, Revolut, Adyen, or banking anti-fraud), experience with generative AI, UGC, or marketplace platforms, direct experience with GDPR/CCPA/DSR/C2PA/AI Act compliance, and an ex-founder or "PM-plus" profile comfortable with complex cross-functional scope.
