Salary: USD 166,000 - 195,000 / annual
Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Trading Tools team, which builds research and analysis tools for active traders on mobile—including asset charts, watchlists, portfolio analysis, and trading ladders. The team also owns Say, Robinhood's shareholder engagement platform that enables investors to participate in earnings calls and vote their shares.
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for Trading Tools and Say, leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-quality mobile products. You'll drive new product innovation in prediction markets, shaping how retail users engage with complex financial tools by simplifying decision-making and creating thoughtful experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product strategy and roadmap for Trading Tools and Say
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver mobile products at high quality
- Improving how active traders research and act on positions through charts, watchlists, research, and trading tools
- Growing Say by making shareholder Q&A and proxy voting accessible to everyday investors
- Using data, experimentation, and user research to guide what to build and measure results
- Partnering with compliance, legal, and operations on products touching shareholder rights and market data
- Communicating priorities and results clearly to engineering, design, and leadership
This is a hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood emphasizes in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products on mobile
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision-making
- Interest in markets and how retail investors trade and manage their portfolios
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ownership mindset with a scrappy can-do attitude
- User-centric with strong product intuition
Nice to have:
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, or investing products
- Active trader or investor who uses these kinds of tools yourself
