Bybit is a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving over 80 million users globally. The company operates a seamless ecosystem spanning trading, payments, wealth management, custody, institutional services, and Web3.
You will own the product strategy and execution for Bybit's spot trading platform and emerging on-chain asset classes. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on designing and optimizing trading products while pioneering innovation in CeDeFi (centralized-decentralized finance) and Real-World Assets (RWA).
Key Responsibilities:
**Trading Product Design & Optimization**
- Plan, design, and continuously iterate on spot trading products
- Lead implementation of new trading features and optimize user trading experience
- Explore AI-driven trading tools (smart order execution, market analysis assistance)
- Develop deep expertise in order matching engines, order lifecycle management, and order book mechanics
**CeDeFi & RWA Innovation**
- Drive innovation in on-chain spot operations, bringing DeFi innovations into centralized exchanges
- Promote launch of CeDeFi products bridging on-chain and off-chain trading experiences
- Advance productization of emerging asset classes: Real-World Assets, Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO assets
You will work in a fast-moving, high-performance environment with a global team of builders and innovators. The role requires forward-looking insight into financial asset tokenization trends and the ability to execute end-to-end product development from concept to launch.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in trading products; familiarity with spot and/or derivatives trading systems
- Deep understanding of order-matching engines, trading workflows, and core technical mechanics
- Outstanding product design capability with ability to independently manage 0-to-1 product planning and delivery
- Strong, current knowledge of crypto asset markets and industry trends
**Preferred Experience:**
- Building on-chain trading platforms or integrating DeFi protocols
- Hands-on experience or deep research in RWAs, tokenized stocks, or on-chain yield products
- Hands-on exploration of AI + trading integration
- Familiarity with major public chain ecosystems and smart contract interaction logic
