Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of its Threat Intelligence portfolio. In this role, you will own the end-to-end roadmap for platforms, data, and workflows that transform Cloudflare's unique network signals and security research into timely, actionable intelligence. You will balance speed and coverage with accuracy, context, and low false-positive rates to help customers identify, understand, and respond to emerging threats earlier and with greater confidence.
You will translate a rapidly evolving threat landscape—from emerging attacker infrastructure and campaigns to new tactics, techniques, and procedures—into scalable capabilities that improve detection and response across Cloudflare's security portfolio. You will serve as a bridge between threat researchers, intelligence analysts, engineering teams, and market-facing functions, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and customers to understand their challenges and drive adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own priorities and scope for a high-performing engineering team focusing on detecting large-scale global volumetric attacks
- Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to ensure timely, high-impact product releases
- Work across product verticals to prioritize systemic improvements for enterprise customers
- Directly engage with customers to understand product usage and build a strong roadmap
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales calls to support all phases of the customer lifecycle
- Use data to quantify problems and opportunities in your space
Your success will be measured by the quality, timeliness, and actionability of intelligence and its impact on customer security outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering solutions in the cloud at scale for a technical audience
- Customer focus: ability to design for enterprises without compromising experience for individuals and small businesses
- Stakeholder management: hands-on experience managing complex escalations and leading high-profile engagements (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews), delivering product updates to executive stakeholders, maintaining proactive communication during incidents, setting clear expectations, and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Technical acumen: ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them effectively for customers through calls, blog posts, and reports; comfort engaging in deep technical discussions with engineering teams
- Preferred: professional experience in threat intelligence, adversary tactics, common threat intelligence frameworks, and/or general intelligence requirements and prioritization concepts
