Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and execution strategy for Star Trek Fleet Command, a top-grossing 4X MMO launched in 2018. You will drive monthly content releases, monetisation initiatives, and engagement strategies across the live game, working cross-functionally with Game Design, Product Marketing, Product Ops, Economy Design, and Data Science teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the content and performance strategy for monthly releases, aligning player motivations, economic balance, and business KPIs
- Defining and managing the monthly content calendar in collaboration with Design, Production, and Engineering
- Using data and experimentation to optimise monetisation, engagement, and retention across the full player lifecycle (new users to end-game players)
- Understanding player behaviour across multiple geographies and platforms to inform personalisation and segmentation strategies
- Partnering with economy and systems design teams to ensure content aligns with long-term progression goals and economic health
- Collaborating with UX, Research, and Community teams to translate player sentiment and pain points into actionable improvements
- Building business cases for major new initiatives and content verticals, including competitive research and revenue forecasting
- Mentoring junior PMs and fostering a culture of product excellence and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in product management, ideally with significant responsibility on a free-to-play mobile game
- Demonstrated success managing complex monetisation and engagement systems with extensive content development experience
- Data-native mindset with ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven track record of aligning diverse teams around shared product vision
- Strong player empathy and experience working with user research, community feedback, or voice-of-player channels
- Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods including creative, design, and engineering teams
