Adyen is a leading global payments platform serving enterprises like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The company is expanding into agentic commerce—leveraging billions of data points and machine learning to influence purchases and power the next generation of commerce.
As Senior Product Manager for Revenue Optimization, you will own the strategy and roadmap for Adyen's Customer Data Platform and Agentic Commerce initiatives. You'll define and track success metrics, partner cross-functionally across the organization, engage directly with customers and partners, and adapt priorities as business needs evolve.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product strategy and roadmap for data platform capabilities
- Defining and tracking KPIs for agent-initiated searches and payments
- Partnering with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams
- Engaging with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners
- Driving prioritization and resource allocation in a dynamic environment
You'll work in an office-first culture that values in-person collaboration and technical depth. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence across disciplines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Multiple years of product management experience or adjacent functions, ideally in fintech
- Fluency with data: ability to independently access, manipulate, and analyze large datasets
- Deep understanding of AI harnesses and API best practices
- Comfort driving technical discussions with engineers and strategic alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven, analytical problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity
- Naturally curious, willing to hold strong opinions loosely and change based on evidence
- Knowledge of tokenization and crypto is a plus
