Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the identity risk and posture strategy for its cloud-native Identity Security Platform. This role sits at the intersection of security, AI/ML, and enterprise SaaS, requiring you to define what risk means in the platform and drive its adoption across the product.
You will own the risk scoring system end-to-end: designing the model, determining signal weighting, building customer-facing traces that explain score movements, and creating controls that let customers tune thresholds to their risk tolerance. You'll decide which third-party identity signals (from providers like Okta and Entra) feed the score and ensure the platform delivers value even for customers without external integrations.
Beyond scoring, you'll shape the posture and detection surface—the checks library, findings and cases it raises, and reporting that carries them outward. Each finding must be actionable, showing what was observed, when, and against which resource. You'll hold the security and privacy bar for a product built on sensitive identity data, ensuring tenant isolation, access control on score traces, and watch-before-enforce safeguards so scoring changes never lock customers out.
You'll work closely with customers, design partners, and the field to validate requirements before building. You'll learn the roadmaps of product teams consuming risk signals and design services they can adopt without custom integration. You'll publish adoption metrics and push API-first design so other teams integrate independently. You'll track emerging standards in identity security posture management, shared signals, and AI agent identity, feeding insights into the roadmap.
This role requires collaboration across multiple engineering organizations, data science, revenue operations, and the field. You'll need to balance technical rigor with customer outcomes and drive alignment on a complex, multi-faceted product surface.
