Midi Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the patient experience strategy and roadmap for their digital platform. This role focuses on building a long-term healthcare relationship with patients, extending care beyond telehealth visits, and driving engagement and retention across the patient journey.
You will define the vision and roadmap for the web experience patients use from onboarding through follow-up care and long-term support. Key responsibilities include setting engagement and retention targets, identifying touchpoints that help patients access more care services with Midi, analyzing patient journeys to find friction points, and running experiments to improve trust and retention. You'll serve as the product lead for patient experience, partnering closely with Clinical Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Design teams. This is a cross-functional leadership role where you'll drive alignment and make tradeoffs clear across teams without direct authority.
The role reports to the VP of Product, Patient Experience, and is based in Palo Alto or San Francisco with a hybrid arrangement (2 days/week in office). This is a full-time W2 position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building consumer-facing digital products with ownership of engagement or retention metrics; demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex business areas
- Skilled in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and funnel/cohort analysis; comfortable working closely with data partners and using results to guide product strategy
- Strong grasp of UX best practices and understanding of how clarity, empathy, and ease of use shape trust and engagement in healthcare experiences; ability to translate patient friction into testable solutions
- Strong understanding of how onboarding, ongoing engagement, and lifecycle communication shape retention, repeat usage, and lifetime value
- Action-oriented, ownership mindset with ability to break complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority; strong ability to build alignment, balance competing priorities, and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in healthcare or digital health environment with understanding of patient engagement balanced against privacy (HIPAA) and clinical compliance
