You will own a product area end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery. Your responsibilities include:
- Own and manage the product roadmap for your product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
- Define and track OKRs with your squad and report progress
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design on technical scoping, discovery, and delivery
- Ground prioritization in direct conversations with customers and customer-facing teams
- Identify and proactively flag dependencies with adjacent product teams before they become delivery risks
- Represent the customer in cross-functional decisions and trade-off discussions
- Develop a 12-18 month vision with focus on an AI-first UX

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end and 2 years in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated success in conceptualizing, developing, launching, and scaling products within a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience navigating ambiguous, evidence-light problem spaces and defining solutions from scratch, rather than executing a pre-scoped backlog
- Experience partnering directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and dependency management
- Fluent in English (working language); German is a plus
- Ownership-driven mindset with fundamental care for the customer
