Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company has embedded itself in customer operations through a staffing marketplace and is now expanding into broader operational workflows. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba has proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships.
As Senior Product Manager for the Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace, balancing enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing facilities) with workers. You report directly to the VP of Product and collaborate with software engineers, designers, data analysts, operations, and field teams.
Key responsibilities include: architecting product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows; solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with engineering; building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and efficiency; using data to uncover patterns and answer critical questions; translating operational complexity into scalable systems; designing internal tooling and technical solutions; launching and iterating products across customers and regions; and communicating complex ideas across all organizational levels.
You are customer-obsessed, spending time on-site with both customers and workers. You are AI-native, having changed how you work because of AI—prototyping before specs, checking code into production, building internal agents for research. You have deep marketplace experience understanding liquidity, matching, incentives, fulfillment, and trust dynamics. You have built enterprise B2B products for complex customers with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles. You are a first-principles thinker who understands systems and constraints deeply. You have built operational products or internal tools that powered real businesses. You move quickly, embrace ambiguity, and create meaningful outcomes with lean teams. You work seamlessly across functions and align stakeholders effectively.
Required: 5–7 years as a Product Manager with evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes; strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply/demand dynamics; experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments; experience building internal operational tooling; strong technical fluency; startup environment experience; and a strong work ethic.
