Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 / annual

Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor in manufacturing and logistics. The company connects workers to warehouses and manufacturing facilities, embedding itself into customer operations through technology and proprietary shift data from millions of deployments. As Senior Product Manager for the Marketplace, you will own the staffing product at the center of Traba's two-sided marketplace. You'll architect product strategy across critical staffing and marketplace workflows, balancing the needs of enterprise customers (distribution centers, manufacturing lines) with the trust and reliability of workers. You'll work directly with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, and operations teams to design and ship practical solutions into industrial facilities. Key responsibilities include: - Architecting and stewarding product strategy across staffing and marketplace workflows - Solving complex marketplace problems by balancing customer needs, operational realities, and business outcomes - Writing detailed product requirements and partnering closely with engineering to execute - Building systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfillment, matching quality, and operational efficiency - Using data to uncover patterns and answer critical marketplace questions - Translating operational complexity into scalable product systems - Designing internal tooling and technical solutions to scale operations - Launching and iterating products across customers, regions, and operational environments - Communicating complex ideas across systems, workflows, and strategy to all levels - Synthesizing diverse stakeholder feedback across departments You'll report directly to the VP of Product and work in a fast-paced startup environment where speed, ownership, and creative problem-solving are essential. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager - Demonstrated track record of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes - Strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics - Experience building enterprise products with multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments - Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported real business execution - Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams - Experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter - Willingness to work on-site and cover an exceptionally wide surface area - Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company Desired traits: Customer-obsessed with on-site time spent with both customers and workers; AI-native operator who has changed how you work because of AI; first-principles thinker; operations systems builder; builder mentality with inventive, scrappy problem-solving; deeply collaborative across product, design, engineering, data, operations, sales, and leadership.
