The Anduril Intelligence Systems (AIS) division focuses on positioning Anduril as a lead provider of specialized engineering and next-generation national security products for Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
In this Senior Product Manager role, you will own the product strategy and execution for intelligence systems serving IC customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Proactively communicating goals to stakeholders, managing delivery expectations, and escalating trade-offs and decision points
• Executing hands-on across the product lifecycle—from initial release and onboarding through continuous improvements—validating and experimenting while serving as the voice of the user
• Defining and monitoring key metrics to measure success
• Collaborating with business development, proposal, marketing, and compliance teams to communicate product capabilities externally and participate in large-scale customer demos
• Building product culture by bridging business and technical worlds, developing relationships across engineering, design, business development, operations, customer success, marketing, and finance

• Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of technical comfort levels
• Demonstrated success decomposing problems into addressable component parts
• Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams to do their best work
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple products across varying security classification levels while maintaining appropriate information barriers and security protocols
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time
