Ontic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the integrations product roadmap and transform integrations into scalable, repeatable, and monetizable platform offerings. You will define and execute the roadmap for Ontic's integrations ecosystem, focusing on API contracts, data models, developer experience, and go-to-market alignment.
Key responsibilities include owning the integrations product roadmap prioritized by customer value, ARR impact, and scalability; defining and maintaining API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards; partnering with the Integrations Architect to evolve integration frameworks and marketplace; leading competitive and technology benchmarking; collaborating with Engineering, Field, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into product requirements; driving alignment with GTM and Customer Success teams on packaging, pricing, and positioning; championing developer experience through simplified configuration and documentation; identifying opportunities to improve integrations using AI-enabled workflows and agentic experiences; defining and tracking success metrics; and acting as the voice of the customer for integrations.
Ontic provides AI-powered Connected Intelligence Platform software that helps corporate and government security teams identify threats, assess risk, and respond faster. Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies rely on Ontic for executive protection, threat intelligence, and corporate investigations.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or cloud platforms with at least 4+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms. You should have proven success defining and launching API-first products, integration frameworks, or marketplaces; strong understanding of API and data model design including REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures; familiarity with iPaaS tools (Workato experience highly preferred); demonstrated cross-functional collaboration ability; familiarity with emerging AI technologies; deep appreciation for developer experience and documentation; strong analytical and prioritization skills; and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred, with an MBA as a plus.
