Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform building conversational AI agents for customer service, founded in 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google, and Stripe. The company is reimagining enterprise customer support with autonomous agents capable of delivering accurate, scalable support without costly system changes.
You will own Maven's Integrations layer end-to-end—the critical infrastructure that enables AI agents to read from, take action within, and reliably interact with the fragmented systems that enterprise customers run (CRMs, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, commerce platforms, identity providers, and custom tools). This is not a support function; integrations are the difference between an agent that can discuss a customer's problem and one that can actually solve it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own the roadmap for Maven's integration portfolio: which systems to support, integration depth, and prioritization order
- Build and scale the underlying integration platform—tooling, frameworks, and patterns that enable faster shipping and customer self-extension
- Make depth-versus-breadth tradeoffs (e.g., read-only connectors vs. full read/write integrations with custom object support)
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate their stack requirements into engineering specifications
- Own how actions and tool use are defined, tested, and secured at enterprise scale
- Develop partner ecosystem strategy, including decisions on formal partnerships, marketplace listings (Salesforce AppExchange, Zendesk Marketplace), and build-versus-buy calls
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM to convert integration depth into enterprise wins and with customer success to turn integration issues into product improvements
You will own a P&L with real customers and revenue, not just a backlog. Maven is deploying AI agents into production for enterprise customers today, and integrations are the linchpin of that success.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–7+ years of product management experience with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products
- Proven track record building and shipping integration products; deep understanding of connectors, integration platforms, and actions frameworks
- Direct hands-on experience with systems Maven agents touch: CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), ticketing (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk), knowledge bases (Confluence, Notion, Guru), commerce (Shopify, Stripe), and identity (Okta, Auth0). Familiarity with several required
- Fluent in technical building blocks: REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, event streams, and associated failure modes
- Experience operating in both startup and scaled environments; judgment on build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions
- Ability to extract requirements from messy customer conversations and translate them into PRDs (non-negotiable)
- Problem solver mindset; you decide what to build and why, not a project manager executing a backlog
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents; clear perspective on how integrations change when the caller is an agent rather than a human developer
- Strong cross-functional communication: technical enough to partner with engineering, clear enough to translate for enterprise stakeholders and GTM
