Everlab is an Australian healthtech startup building infrastructure to connect every available healthcare service and deliver comprehensive health data and personalized care. The company has achieved 23x revenue growth since June 2025 and recently closed a $65M Series A, expanding globally.
As Senior Product Manager for Growth & Payments, you will own the commerce and growth engine powering Everlab's platform. This is a technical product role requiring deep payments and billing expertise—you'll write detailed specs that engineers build from, read schemas, challenge API designs, and understand payment infrastructure concepts like idempotency and reconciliation. You'll spend significant time in Stripe dashboards and webhook logs.
Key responsibilities include:
**Checkout & Purchase**: Own all conversion paths from prospect to paid customer (logged out, logged in, or via chat assistant), ensuring consistent pricing, tax, and discount logic across channels.
**Pricing, Packaging & Discounts**: Design subscription plans, add-ons, renewals, promotions, and a discount engine that resolves multiple discount sources (coupons, corporate discounts, referrals, gifts, deposits) into one correct number. Build this as configuration, not code, so pricing experiments ship without engineering tickets.
**Growth Channels**: Build B2B billing, partnerships, referrals, and gifting infrastructure supporting sales and marketing teams.
**Internal Tooling & Integrations**: Own tools for sales and concierge teams, plus the broader sales and marketing tech stack, including data movement between systems, cross-channel campaigns, and funnel attribution.
**Accounting Layer**: Design reconciliation and billing logic for a complex healthcare supply chain where a single clinical product may be fulfilled by multiple vendors at different costs, with Medicare vs. private billing decided case-by-case by ordering doctors.
You'll need proven experience shipping payments, billing, or commerce infrastructure in subscriptions, marketplaces, or fintech; a publicly owned conversion or revenue metric you've reported and explained; the ability to write specs engineers build from without translation; experience designing and instrumenting end-to-end experiments; and SQL fluency to pull your own numbers without waiting on analytics.
