Preply is a unicorn edtech platform (Series D, $150M) that connects 100,000+ tutors teaching 90+ languages to learners across 180 countries. The company is building human-led, AI-enhanced learning experiences at global scale.
As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will own the full product lifecycle for a key platform area, from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. You'll define and evolve product strategy and roadmap by aligning business goals, customer needs, data insights, and stakeholder input. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build and ship high-impact features, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure solutions are scalable and user-centered.
Key responsibilities include: prioritizing initiatives and making tough trade-offs with clear reasoning; leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, design experiments, conduct user research, and validate hypotheses; defining, tracking, and communicating product success metrics to guide iteration; and acting as the internal champion for your product area with deep subject matter expertise. You'll help shape Preply's growth by owning product challenges that matter for learners, tutors, and the business. Growth teams focus on LTV Expansion (helping learners get more value and stay engaged longer) and Tutor Content (helping learners discover and trust the right tutor through richer content and personalization).
Preply offers an open, collaborative, diverse culture; generous learning allowance and L&D budget; competitive financial package with equity; relocation support to Barcelona; free mental health support; and Gympass wellness access.
