Midi Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead the product experiences that help new patients discover, learn about, and choose Midi for their healthcare home. This role owns the growth roadmap across acquisition, onboarding, and activation—a primary revenue driver with significant potential as the company expands its offerings and reach. You will define and execute a roadmap that drives measurable gains in conversion, activation, and retention. Key responsibilities include: • Own the Growth Roadmap: Define and execute a roadmap that drives patient growth across acquisition, onboarding, and activation. Set clear targets for conversion and prioritize the bets most likely to reach them. • Run an Experimentation Program: Design, launch, and read out A/B tests across the funnel, from sign-up through onboarding and first visit, turning results into product decisions. • Improve Conversion & Retention: Apply UX best practices, patient research, and funnel and cohort analysis to identify where patients drop off, then improve the journeys (sign-up, onboarding, reactivation) that drive retention and lifetime value. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product lead for growth, partnering closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to align on priorities and ship together. Lead through influence, building shared goals and making tradeoffs clear. The role reports to the VP Product, Patient Experience and is full-time W2, hybrid (2 days/week in office in Palo Alto or San Francisco). REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building consumer-facing products and owning growth metric targets such as conversion, activation, and retention. Track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex business areas. • Skilled in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and funnel and cohort analysis. Work closely with data partners, comfortable digging into numbers yourself, and use results to guide product strategy. • Strong grasp of UX best practices and how onboarding, sign-up, and checkout flows affect conversion and retention. Ability to turn friction in a user flow into a clear hypothesis and testable solution. • Experience working side by side with Marketing on acquisition and lifecycle programs, including landing pages, channel experiments, and attribution. Ability to turn channel insights into product improvements. • Strong understanding of how acquisition channels, onboarding, and lifecycle communication shape customer retention and lifetime value. • Action-oriented, ownership mindset with the ability to break complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. • Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority across Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data. Build alignment, balance competing priorities, and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior experience in a healthcare or digital health environment, with understanding of how to balance growth goals with patient privacy (HIPAA) and clinical and advertising compliance. • Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools (such as Statsig) and lifecycle marketing platforms (such as Iterable or Customer.io).
