Midi is a digital health company seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead the product experiences that drive patient acquisition, onboarding, and activation. This role owns the growth roadmap and reports to the VP of Product, Patient Experience. You will define and execute a roadmap that drives measurable gains in conversion, activation, and retention across the patient journey—from discovery and sign-up through onboarding and first visit. You'll design and launch A/B tests across the funnel, analyze cohort and funnel data to identify drop-off points, and translate insights into product improvements. Working closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data, you'll lead through influence to align priorities, make tradeoffs clear, and ship together. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the growth roadmap with clear conversion and activation targets - Running an experimentation program with hypothesis-driven A/B testing - Improving conversion and retention through UX best practices and patient research - Serving as the product lead for growth, partnering cross-functionally without direct authority - Balancing growth goals with healthcare compliance (HIPAA, clinical, advertising) This is a full-time W2 hybrid role (2 days/week in office in Palo Alto or San Francisco). REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building consumer-facing products with ownership of growth metrics (conversion, activation, retention) - Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex business areas - Strong experimentation and data fluency: hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, funnel and cohort analysis - Hands-on ability to work with data partners and dig into numbers yourself - Deep understanding of UX best practices and how onboarding, sign-up, and checkout flows affect conversion and retention - Experience working closely with Marketing on acquisition and lifecycle programs (landing pages, channel experiments, attribution) - Understanding of how acquisition channels, onboarding, and lifecycle communication shape customer retention and lifetime value - Action-oriented, high-agency problem solver with ownership mindset in fast-paced environments - Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority (Marketing, Design, Engineering, Data) - Ability to build alignment, balance competing priorities, and present clearly to stakeholders PREFERRED: - Prior healthcare or digital health experience with understanding of HIPAA, clinical, and advertising compliance - Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Statsig) and lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Customer.io) Note: Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship needs.
