Heidi Health is an AI-native healthcare platform that has scaled from zero to 2.8 million patient sessions per week across 190+ countries, supporting clinicians with AI-powered documentation and administrative tasks. The company has grown ARR from $1M to $50M in two years and recently raised $340M (Series C led by Blackbird plus $240M growth investment from General Catalyst). As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for growth mechanics—viral loops, first-time user experience, adoption patterns, and monetization. Your mission is to identify the mechanics that drive user advocacy and scale them to 10x current levels. You'll analyze user behavior to find friction points, ship meaningful improvements through close collaboration with engineering and design teams, and maintain high standards for product quality across millions of weekly sessions. Key responsibilities include: - Owning growth product strategy and roadmap (viral loops, first-time experience, monetization) - Identifying and evangelizing mechanics that drive company growth, then continuously improving them - Analyzing user behavior to surface friction and opportunity in the clinician journey - Shipping improvements by partnering closely with engineering and design - Sweating details that separate good software from beloved software (microinteractions, polish) - Maintaining high standards for issue tracking, design system consistency, and team shipping practices - Collaborating with Marketing across distribution channels - Building dashboards and reports to help the team understand what's working and why Heidi's culture emphasizes building for the next decade, leading without waiting, following evidence, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping and iterating rapidly, and living in clinicians' actual workflows (not idealized ones). The team is mission-driven, values sustainable performance and mental health, and operates on outcomes over process. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years shipping product (though demonstrated work quality matters more than tenure) - Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, experimentation, and metric-driven decisions - Intellectual curiosity about user behavior and ethical product influence - Comfort with ambiguity; growth work focuses on what moves the needle, not playbooks - Romantic streak about software; belief that great design transforms someone's day - Consumer product craft in B2B contexts without compromising on polish - Proficiency building with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and ability to demonstrate work created with them - Default to building over requesting - Strong opinions, weakly held; ability to shift the room when right - Data fluency with diagnostic depth: can read Amplitude dashboards and distinguish product problems from tracking bugs from segment effects - Execution powerhouse mindset; ability to ship without a large support team (data analysts, product marketers, research coordinators) - Genuine interest in improving health systems
