Jerry.ai is a profitable, Series C, YC-backed fintech startup with 5M+ customers and $240M in funding. The company is building an AI-powered advisor to manage physical assets, starting with car insurance (a $300B market in the U.S.) and expanding into home, motorcycle, RV, and other verticals. The company has achieved significant operational scale: 60% of policies are sold automatically without human intervention, and 90% of inbound customer inquiries are resolved via AI and automation. The Growth team owns the entire customer sign-up and purchase funnel for Jerry's car insurance marketplace. As Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will take end-to-end ownership of high-impact funnels that directly drive the company's north star goal of scaling from 5M to 50M customers by 2030. This is not a growth-hacking role; the focus is on building a durable growth engine through exceptional customer experience and trust. Key responsibilities include: - Owning landing pages, signup funnels, and app download pages; simplifying complex insurance shopping flows and personalizing experiences by user persona and marketing channel - Owning quote shopping experiences, including improving how complex information is displayed to customers, integrating 100+ insurance carriers into simple user experiences, and balancing customer and partner needs - Integrating adjacent products (roadside assistance, home insurance, property tax appeals, motorcycle insurance) into the car insurance shopping funnel - Partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Leadership (including the CEO) to identify step-change opportunities and ship products that move the business The role reports to the VP of Growth. You'll have direct exposure to c-suite visibility and product strategy from day one. The Growth team is small (3 PMs total) with huge surface area, requiring scrappiness but offering significant scope and ownership. The company operates on weekly sprints and ships products in 1-2 months that typically take 6-12 months elsewhere. Culture highlights: The company is remote-first with offices in Palo Alto, New York City, Chicago, and Toronto. Engineering is partly based overseas, so occasional overlap with international business hours may be required. The team comprises talent from Nvidia, Meta, Amazon, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, and GEICO. Jerry consistently ranks as a top Y Combinator company and Forbes/Statista Best Startup Employer. Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing products - Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently - Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex signals into clear recommendations - Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with global business hours for engineering coordination - First-principles thinking: comfortable breaking ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses - Diligence and impeccable follow-through - Customer-centric mindset with intrinsic interest in customer feedback - Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing, including across time zones
