Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Ground Control Systems (GCS) product line, transforming it from a collection of mission-specific, customized configurations into a scalable, unified platform. GCS is the primary interface through which military operators interact with Anduril's defense technology systems—the hardware and software portal for commanding systems in high-stakes tactical environments.
In this role, you will own the complete strategy, roadmap, and productization of GCS, establishing it as the premier common platform across Anduril's Connected Warfare division and other internal business lines. You will serve as the customer advocate and cross-divisional connector, driving standardization while maintaining the flexibility needed by different teams.
Key responsibilities include: conducting a technical baseline assessment and partnering with engineering leads to understand friction points across business lines; defining and securing alignment on a 12-month roadmap focused on modular hardware and software interfaces; driving internal adoption across multiple Anduril divisions; managing the full product lifecycle from fragmented requirements through hardware sourcing, software integration, launch, and commercial scaling; consolidating disparate, customized systems into a polished, standardized product; and building strong relationships across divisions to balance unique needs while maintaining a unified product baseline.
You will directly impact how quickly and safely operators make decisions in critical military operations. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics in a fast-moving defense technology environment.
Required: 7+ years managing complex physical hardware products (ruggedized systems, edge compute, mechanical controls) tightly integrated with real-time software; proven track record taking disparate, customized, or unrefined systems and standardizing them into scalable products; demonstrated end-to-end product lifecycle mastery from requirements through manufacturing, integration, launch, and scaling; ability to build relationships across business lines and balance competing priorities; strong written and verbal communication; eligibility for U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
