Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Gold Growth business, a premium membership product that is one of the company's most important revenue drivers. Gold members unlock benefits including boosted APY on uninvested cash, IRA match, lower margin rates, professional research, and access to the Robinhood Gold Card.
In this role, you will own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle—from discovery and trial through paid conversion, benefit activation, and long-term retention. You will drive measurable business outcomes including new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and member lifetime value. Every product decision you make will be tied to business impact, not vanity metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full Gold growth funnel strategy and making clear trade-offs between acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
- Building and running a high-velocity experimentation program with data science partners: generating hypotheses, sizing opportunities, designing A/B tests, and scaling or killing ideas quickly
- Making hard trade-off decisions across growth, member experience, and unit economics, backed by clear reasoning and data
- Working hand-in-hand with design and engineering to build intuitive, persuasive consumer experiences—sweating the details of entry points, paywalls, onboarding flows, copy, and UI
- Operating as the owner of your area: identifying high-leverage opportunities, writing the plan, rallying cross-functional partners (engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, compliance), and shipping with minimal oversight
Because Gold touches nearly every product at Robinhood, you will reach customers across the entire app and have significant autonomy to take ambiguous problems, form a point of view, and drive them to launch with little day-to-day guidance.
The role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned the end-to-end UI/UX alongside design partners
- Track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context (acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics) and ability to clearly explain how your product decisions moved them
- Strong product judgment and comfort making trade-offs under ambiguity; ability to form opinionated recommendations, defend them with data, and change course when evidence warrants
- Analytical fluency and close partnership experience with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, opportunity sizing, and impact measurement; comfort digging into data yourself is a plus
- High bar for consumer craft; ability to care about experience details and articulate why one design converts better than another
- Self-starter who executes independently, creates clarity for others, and needs little guidance to take problems from idea to shipped product
