Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 / annual
Brellium is an AI-powered healthcare platform that helps providers deliver safer, higher-quality care by identifying and mitigating clinical and compliance risks in real time. Founded in 2021, the company has grown to serve over 250,000 providers across all 50 states and is backed by First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures with over $30MM in Series A funding.
You will own the product experience for Brellium's enterprise customers—the web application, notifications service, reporting, API, permissions, and the entire customer-facing surface area. This includes responsibility for EMR integrations (the connective tissue connecting Brellium to healthcare systems' electronic medical records) and the implementation process that brings large enterprise customers live quickly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Own problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, build, launch, and post-launch follow-through
- Work closely with engineering on technical details of integrations, data models, and permissions to make informed tradeoffs
- Transform manual implementation work into scalable product features, replacing spreadsheets and one-off scripts
- Partner with sales, customer success, and implementation teams on live accounts, bringing learnings back to the roadmap
- Engage directly with healthcare providers and administrators to understand workflows before proposing solutions
You'll be accountable for ensuring Brellium is a product that large healthcare organizations (5,000+ clinicians) can adopt in weeks rather than quarters, and for building processes that make each subsequent customer implementation faster than the last.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–6+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company with a high product bar, with shipped work you can point to
- Deep experience working with engineering organizations; comfortable with technical discussions on APIs, integrations, and data models; engineers actively seek your input
- Ownership of products with real customers and real consequences, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementation experience
- Clear, concise communicator who can maintain priorities across engineering, go-to-market, and customer teams
- Ability to learn domains quickly; healthcare compliance is learnable, but the willingness to go deep is essential
- Comfort balancing intuition and data; ability to make decisions with incomplete information
- Technical proficiency: able to prototype, query databases, or read code
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations
- Background in delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product roles
