You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Givebutter's suite of donor management, marketing, and reporting tools (Givebutter Plus). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting to the VP of Product & Growth. You'll partner closely with Design and Engineering to ship tools that help nonprofits raise more, grow their donor base, and fulfill their mission more effectively. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for donor management, marketing, and reporting tools, balancing short-term and long-term investments - Drive adoption, retention, and monetization of Givebutter Plus in partnership with Growth and Revenue teams - Lead discovery across your product area: run customer research, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and frame clear problems for design and engineering - Define and communicate the "why" behind work, connect initiatives to company strategy, and establish clear success criteria - Partner with Product Design and Engineering to build cohesive solutions; champion tasteful UX decisions - Use data to guide decisions, navigate ambiguity with clear hypotheses, and build data-informed decision habits across your pod - Align stakeholders across functions, manage tradeoffs, and keep multiple initiatives moving without sacrificing quality You should have a passion for building elegant workflow software that makes busy professionals (in this case, fundraisers and executive directors) more efficient and effective. You intuitively grasp how to incorporate generative AI and machine learning into products. You are equally comfortable with hard quantitative analysis and softer qualitative research—you enjoy interviewing customers, scouring product usage data, and talking to Sales & Customer Success. You understand SaaS unit economics and their drivers (CAC, CLTV, ACV, Revenue Retention) and can paint a clear picture of how your roadmap will improve financial standing. You value quality design and enjoy creating the context and conditions for talented designers and engineers to do their best work. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of product management experience working on high-scale B2B SaaS or consumer software products; marketing technology experience a huge plus - Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end: strategy definition, roadmap execution, and driving business & customer outcomes; comfortable handling significant product breadth as an IC - Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex) - Superb written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts and articulate the "why" to individual contributors and executives - Track record of building effective working relationships with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Finance teams in highly cross-functional environments - Skilled at incorporating AI tools like Claude into your workflow without sacrificing quality - Demonstrated ability to build repeatable product discovery practices across a team or pod - Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to inform product decisions - Familiarity with nonprofit technology or the broader social good sector is a bonus
