As Senior Product Manager for Credit, you will own the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain, with a focus on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and innovative credit solutions. You will drive strategy and execution for new credit products, taking features from conception through scaling phases.
Key responsibilities include:
• New Business Line Leadership: Drive BNPL product strategy and execution, managing the full lifecycle from 0 to 1 and scaling phases.
• Consumer-Facing Experience: Own the UX and customer-facing aspects of credit products, ensuring complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into the platform.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud teams to align priorities around shared product vision.
• Product Definition & Documentation: Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic including credit scoring and collection.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and identify new market opportunities.
• Process Evangelism & Mentorship: Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to help teams anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth delivery.
The role operates within a hybrid model (three days per week in-office: Tuesday, Thursday, plus one day of your choice), with flexibility to request additional remote time. REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years specifically in the Credit domain
• Proven track record launching products from scratch and scaling through growth phases
• Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and financial mechanics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance)
• Professional fluency in English
