Suger is a Series A, Y Combinator-backed revenue platform that helps B2B software companies sell through cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Alibaba, Snowflake). The company simplifies the operational complexity of marketplace sales—pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and compliance—via an API-first platform serving 300+ customers including Snowflake, Intel, Glean, and Vanta. You will own the product roadmap for Insulin, Suger's new AI-driven automation product focused on revenue operations. This is a ground-up product ownership opportunity where you'll define strategy, design, and drive execution of intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows. Key responsibilities: - Own the complete product roadmap for AI-powered revenue automation, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, transparent user experiences. - Design end-to-end user journeys for AI workflows, bringing strong product taste and interaction design sensibility to every feature. - Partner closely with engineering to ship reliable AI-powered production features, balancing customer impact, system reliability, model behavior, and technical complexity. - Define and track success metrics (adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, automation rates, customer outcomes) using quantitative data and qualitative feedback. - Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions teams to gather feedback, support onboarding, and develop deep understanding of customer workflows, edge cases, and trust concerns around AI automation. Requirements: - 5+ years of Product Management or Product Design experience in technology, ideally B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software, with a portfolio or track record demonstrating strong product and design judgment. - Track record of shipping AI-powered features to production, with strong judgment about where automation creates value versus where human oversight is necessary. - Strong product design sensibility with attention to interaction details, intuitive workflows, and polished user experiences. - Comfort with technical complexity including billing infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, fintech, and compliance workflows. Not required to be an engineer, but must be comfortable going deep with technical partners. - Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to work effectively with engineering, GTM, and customers to translate complex problems into clear product decisions. - Startup mindset with bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and strong sense of ownership from customer discovery through launch and iteration.
