Scribe is a specialized intelligence platform that helps companies harness and compound their knowledge. The company powers 94% of Fortune 500 companies, has reached $100M ARR, and serves over 6 million daily active users across 600,000 businesses. They recently raised a Series C at a $1.3 billion valuation. You will own and evolve Scribe's core Autocapture experience, using AI to reimagine how documentation gets created in a world where both people and AI agents rely on it to get work done. The vision is to build toward a future where Scribe understands work as it happens and turns it into useful documentation without users having to remember to record. You will work with a team of 7 engineers, an Engineering Manager (Matt Lott), and a Design Lead (Derick Anies), reporting to Karishma Irani. Key responsibilities include: - Driving company-level goals and closely tracking relevant business metrics to validate or invalidate the roadmap - Developing a vision for your product area and continuously iterating with input from customers, the revenue team, and the market - Building toward the future of automated documentation by tackling 0→1 problems around how Scribe understands work, identifies what's worth documenting, and turns that work into useful knowledge for both people and AI agents - Partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive every project from ideation to launch while pushing the quality bar - Being the face of Scribe—presenting the product vision to the C-suite and engaging with users in the Scribe Community Slack - Measuring the impact of every release and using data-powered insights to inform future bets This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, requiring at least 3 days per week in the downtown SF office. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of building SaaS products with a track record of creating experiences that delight end users - Deep curiosity and ability to chase "why, why, why" to understand user issues and develop creative solutions - Passion for making complex technology feel simple, intuitive, and magical - Active experimentation with AI tools, models, and prototypes; developing your own taste for what makes AI experiences feel magical versus frustrating - Ability to turn ambiguity into action—comfortable starting with messy problems, forming hypotheses, making decisions with imperfect information, and getting something into users' hands to learn - Focus on outcomes over output; thriving on owning company-level OKRs and driving toward impact - Ability to think big and deliver incrementally; balancing big ideas with high-velocity shipping - Strong product judgment and point of view; ability to discern good products from great and represent the customer and market to stakeholders - Comfort with autonomy; you identify problems, define the roadmap, and defend decisions with calculated trade-offs
