Satispay is a fintech platform serving 6.5M+ users across payments, benefits, investing, cards, and merchant solutions. The company is building what it aims to be the most loved financial platform in the world, with a focus on empowering users through accessible financial services.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own one of Satispay's core product domains—payments, credit, investing, cards, or merchant solutions—and drive it toward a simple, engaging experience for millions of users. Your responsibilities include:
• Roadmap ownership: Own your product area end-to-end, from opportunity sizing through shipped features, backed by data and user research.
• Complexity management: Navigate regulatory and technical complexity inherent in financial products while keeping the user experience radically simple.
• Compliance collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams given the regulated nature of financial products.
• User research: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and analyze support tickets to inform concrete product decisions.
• Execution & iteration: Define specifications, work day-to-day with design and engineering to ship, then iterate based on metrics.
• KPI ownership: Track and own core KPIs (activation, adoption, volumes/revenue) and report transparently.
The role requires someone data-driven and user-centric who thrives on turning complex financial products into simple consumer experiences. You will work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in-office: Tuesday and Thursday), with flexibility to request additional remote time.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5+ years of Product Manager experience, ideally in fintech, paytech, or consumer-facing scale-ups.
• Proven track record building and scaling consumer or B2B financial products.
• Exposure to regulated products (payments, lending, investing, insurance) or genuine technical/operational complexity.
• Data-driven mindset: build hypotheses, validate them, rely on analytics.
• User-centric focus: prioritize direct user feedback and research over assumptions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with designers and engineers.
• Genuine passion for finance and payments.
