Relay is a digital banking platform designed to help self-employed business owners and SMBs gain clarity and control over their finances. The company replaces financial guesswork with real visibility, transforming cash flow management from a source of stress into a strategic tool for running resilient businesses.
As Senior Product Manager, you will lead a major product area end-to-end, such as core banking, risk management, AI Insights, or payroll. You'll own the full lifecycle from zero-to-one launches through scaling, directly impacting how thousands of entrepreneurs manage their businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning impactful products end-to-end: defining vision, setting roadmap, and delivering outcomes that shape how SMBs understand and manage money
- Treating your product like a business by defining KPIs, monitoring performance, and making data-driven decisions
- Shipping high-quality products from ideation through launch, partnering closely with design and engineering
- Building compelling narratives and roadmaps that align stakeholders and inspire confidence amid ambiguity
- Staying deeply connected to SMB customers, understanding their workflows and pain points
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams on go-to-market launches
- Evaluating and partnering with strategic external partners
- Championing product culture through curiosity, ownership, and high quality standards
You bring at least five years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping and owning products at scale. You have strong data competency, including ability to self-serve metrics and write basic SQL. You excel at storytelling and communication, working effectively with engineering and design as part of a leadership trifecta. You've demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and are comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous environments. Fintech experience, early-stage startup scaling experience, and familiarity with risk/fraud tools or credit underwriting are bonuses.
