This Senior Product Manager role is not a feature PM position—there is no stable roadmap handed to you. Instead, you will define problems, identify growth levers, ship fast, and measure what matters. You'll own the full product lifecycle from strategy through launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep customer empathy through regular customer engagement and both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Define long-term strategy and quarterly roadmaps aligned with product vision and business impact
- Conceptualize new solutions using a problem-first, data-driven, test-and-iterate approach with a platform and long-term perspective
- Collaborate with Engineering and ecosystem partners to build products customers love, producing high-quality specifications and managing scope for on-time delivery
- Draft and execute go-to-market plans in conjunction with Product Marketing, serving as internal and external authority for your area
- Partner with ecosystem players to co-build innovative products
You will work in a culture emphasizing ownership, learning, transparency, and challenging the status quo. The company values autonomy, agility with integrity, and customer-first thinking.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on growth or product-led growth (PLG) initiatives
- Data-native mindset: think in funnels, cohorts, and experiments; write SQL; build dashboards; uncover insights proactively
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents; prompt engineering is table stakes
- Entrepreneur DNA: have built a startup, side project, or 0→1 product, or are a seasoned Growth PM with full acquisition-to-revenue loop experience
- Strong command of product analytics and experimentation frameworks
- Business-grade judgment: hold your own in revenue conversations, understand unit economics, translate growth levers into P&L impact
- Deep enough technology understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers while maintaining customer-first and business-first thinking
- Systems thinker who loves solving root problems and prioritizes by impact and effort
- Structured thinking, bias for action, and ownership mentality
