Qogita is modernizing European wholesale procurement, replacing fragmented PDF price lists, WhatsApp coordination, and outdated payment terms with software-driven automation. As Senior Product Manager, you will own a complete product surface end-to-end: strategy, specification, execution, and accountability for moving key metrics.
You'll choose your focus area based on strengths. Options include: (1) Autonomous procurement layer—building AI agents that monitor supplier feeds, forecast demand, generate purchase orders, and handle routine communications while maintaining accuracy and auditability for financial commitments; (2) Price and supply intelligence—deciding whether internal market visibility becomes a paid product for brands and large buyers; (3) Catalogue and trust—solving matching, deduplication, authenticity verification, and supplier scoring across hundreds of thousands of SKUs; (4) Buyer economics—designing financing, terms, replenishment, and retention mechanics that determine whether independent retailers survive long-term.
You will work from first principles: units, margins, lead times, cash cycles, failure rates. Industry convention is questioned, not inherited. You'll delete before building, removing workflows rather than automating waste. Every screen and integration carries maintenance cost for years.
You'll do your own analysis—the warehouse is open, no analyst queue. You bring data, sample size, and reasoning about what might be wrong. Changing your mind when data contradicts your hypothesis is valued. You'll sit with operations, listen to supplier calls, read failed orders. You'll work directly with engineers, designers, data scientists, and commercial teams in-room at pace, shipping weekly and making reversible decisions in hours.
Required: 5+ years in product, ideally in marketplaces, eCommerce, logistics, or fintech—anywhere with real money and real physics. You've shipped products that moved measurable metrics at defendable scale and can explain causation, not just correlation. You're numerate and comfortable in SQL, able to rough-estimate outcomes before building and usually within an order of magnitude. You understand systems and data models enough that engineers respect your technical judgment immediately. You argue hard, then commit to decisions even when you disagreed. You own broken things nobody else owns. You have informed judgment about AI agents doing commercial work with limited supervision—it's a risk model, not a feature.
Not a fit if: you describe your role as requirements gathering or stakeholder management; you need consensus before moving; you want a stable roadmap and clean org lines; you prefer being right in retrospectives over before builds; you require full remote work.
