As Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pebl's Employer of Record (EOR) platform. You'll drive the definition and prioritization of platform capabilities that help customers scale globally with confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end product strategy and execution for EOR platform features
- Translating customer needs, market insights, and business goals into clear product requirements
- Defining use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline EOR workflows
- Partnering with engineering leads on architecture, API design, and technical feasibility
- Working hands-on with data: writing SQL queries, analyzing usage patterns, instrumenting features
- Defining success metrics, running experiments, and iterating based on results
- Communicating roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
You'll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and go-to-market teams. This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto requiring at least 3 days per week in-office. You will be an individual contributor responsible for driving measurable product impact.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of product management experience, a computer science background or equivalent technical depth, and a track record of owning product areas end-to-end from strategy through shipped, adopted features. Startup experience in FinTech or HR tech is preferred, as is experience taking products from 0-1 or a technical co-founder background.
