As Senior Product Manager, you will own and develop digital product strategy for your squad, co-leading a product team alongside engineering and product design using a triadic leadership model. You'll translate business goals into product strategy, track associated metrics, and determine success. Your responsibilities include developing strong stakeholder relationships across executives and individual contributors, studying outcomes and learnings through rigorous experimentation, and working cross-functionally with patients, clinicians, operators, marketers, and billers.
You will champion and develop the product roadmap, capturing high-level concepts and improvements for the future while sharing broadly across the organization. The role emphasizes people-centered design through excellent user experience, leveraging user research, feedback, data, and continuous improvement to meet customer needs. You'll stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in digital products.
Ophelia's technology team is small but mighty, using an agile approach with a robust design system. The product suite includes a custom-built EMR platform for clinical operations, a patient portal, and multiple interaction modes (text messaging, video conferencing, third-party integrations). The company's technology roadmap includes opportunities in paid-digital, B2B, peer-led growth, new clinical services, and AI applications for clinicians and care coordinators.
You'll report to the Manager of Product Management. While healthcare experience is ideal—particularly understanding health outcomes, benchmarks, systems, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA)—the role welcomes candidates from adjacent domains who can quickly learn the treatment landscape.
