As Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive the product roadmap for your area, capturing inputs from multiple sources and prioritizing work to maximize impact. You'll deeply understand customer problems through research and direct customer interaction, then define and frame those problems for your engineering and design teams. You'll collaborate with your team to imagine innovative solutions, scope them efficiently for rapid shipping, and continuously evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures. You'll maintain high quality standards across your product areas, ensuring world-class software in every release. A key responsibility is motivating and leading a committed team of engineers and designers to do their best work. You'll be expected to make clear product decisions, communicate the rationale behind them, manage stakeholders effectively, and operate with strong self-direction. The role requires 5+ years of product experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products. You should have demonstrated experience leading teams, collaborating across design and engineering, and using both qualitative customer insights and quantitative data to inform decisions. You're entrepreneurial, organized, and able to switch fluidly between creative and analytical thinking. Fin operates on a hybrid model with expectations to be in the London office at least three days per week.
