Houzz is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Documents Track, a core financial pillar of the Houzz Pro platform. This role owns the mission-critical lifecycle of project documentation, spanning Bid Management, Estimates, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Invoicing.
You will translate complex operational workflows and platform logic into intuitive, user-centric product experiences. Your focus is enabling Houzz Pros (contractors and design professionals) to track project costs, issue billing, and manage cash flow with precision and ease.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product strategy and roadmap for the Documents Track
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, other PMs) to build scalable, end-to-end solutions
- Translating contractor workflows into elegant product features
- Driving adoption and impact across the Houzz Pro ecosystem
- Gathering user insights and iterating based on feedback
You will work at the intersection of financial operations and user experience, ensuring that complex billing and project management workflows feel simple and intuitive to power users. This is a high-leverage role that directly impacts Houzz Pro's financial health and customer satisfaction.
