Houzz is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for a product area within Houzz Pro, the business management and marketing SaaS platform for home industry professionals. You will translate complex business challenges into growth-oriented product strategies and design workflows that reflect how professionals actually run their businesses in the real world.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning product strategy and vision from discovery through launch and iteration, with a focus on growth and user retention
• Understanding how Pros operate their businesses and designing multi-step workflows that work in practice
• Leading cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support to deliver a connected platform experience
• Writing clear PRDs, managing backlogs, and driving planning to ship high-impact features that improve Pro efficiency and retention
• Defining and tracking core performance metrics in partnership with the Data Science team
• Working directly with Product Design and customers to transform complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences
Houzz Pro serves small and medium-sized businesses in the home construction, remodeling, and design space, providing tools for winning projects, collaborating with clients and teams, and running operations efficiently.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Support) to drive complex initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance
• Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate with global development teams and international customers
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience building business management software for SMBs (CRM, project management, financial, operations tools)
• Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations
