As Senior Product Manager, you will own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for a core product squad. You'll lead a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality, high-impact features that directly improve contractor workflows and drive measurable business and growth outcomes. This is a hands-on role that requires balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
You'll be responsible for defining product vision and priorities, collaborating closely with engineering and design to deliver features, conducting customer research to validate assumptions, and connecting product decisions to business metrics. The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with genuine customer obsession, comfort with complexity and ambiguity, attention to detail, and the ability to move fast in a startup environment. Experience in construction tech, vertical SaaS, or AI-driven products is a plus but not required. You should be energized by solving real-world problems for builders and remodelers and excited to work in a fast-paced, AI-driven startup.
