As Senior Product Manager, you will own the full product development cycle with a focus on delivering value quickly. Your responsibilities include:
• Discovering user problems and needs through on-site interviews at construction projects, participation in sales meetings, and collaboration with customer success teams
• Narrowing solutions with product design and engineering teams
• Writing user stories, product requirement documents, and using AI prototyping to guide engineering in building and releasing features
• Communicating the value of shipped features to sales, marketing, customer success, and end customers
Success means executing this cycle with decisive ownership and seeing users benefit from improvements to their projects, jobs, and lives. You'll work in a fast-shipping environment where mobile and web apps must be intuitive and fit seamlessly into existing construction workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of product management experience with 2+ years building products for enterprise
• Track record of influencing others with clear verbal communication and driving predictable outcomes through detailed documentation or AI prototyping
• Experience interviewing users and leading customer discovery
• Experience building tools for scalable internal ops processes
• System-thinking across complex and ambiguous processes and data
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action and end-to-end ownership from concept to post-launch
• Excellence in deciding when to be scrappy versus when to build for resilience and scale
• Hunger for using data to inform decisions, with capability to decide when data isn't available
• Bonus: Experience in construction or adjacent industries (logistics, manufacturing, medical/biotech, gaming, IoT)
