Clarify Health is an outcomes-focused healthcare analytics company partnering with 60+ health systems to align mission and margin across 900 million annual referrals and $1 trillion in downstream spending. The company delivers the most complete picture of care economics, covering 300 million patient journeys, 5.6 trillion price transparency rates, and episode-level quality across major payer contracts through its Clarify Meridian platform.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own components of Clarify Meridian from concept through build, validation, and release. This is a hands-on role requiring both analytical rigor and technical capability to prototype, validate, and ship software that healthcare customers depend on daily.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking features from prototype through release, leveraging AI-enabled coding tools and collaborating with engineering to refine and deploy
- Owning the quality bar for new capabilities, including regression testing, release gates, bug triage, and resolution confirmation
- Translating product strategy into clear methodologies and standards that guide engineering execution
- Partnering with commercial and customer teams on roadmap communication, release notes, product demos, and prioritization
- Maintaining dependability of existing capabilities across releases by investigating issues and validating fixes
- Writing detailed specifications and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against
- Collaborating across engineering, analytics, and clinical informatics to resolve tradeoffs among data quality, speed, and scope
You are analytical, technical enough to prototype and validate, and energized by shipping software that solves real healthcare problems. You have a high bar, strong ownership mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Five or more years in product management, product analytics, or comparable technical role
- Analytical fluency and direct comfort with data; ability to interrogate datasets, QA metrics, and defend numbers independently
- Technical aptitude and builder's instinct; coding not required but experience prototyping or building product is essential; ability to work with engineering on implementation, not just requirements
- Clear writing and speaking, including ability to write specifications engineering can execute against
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience prototyping/building with AI tools is a plus
- Healthcare background strongly preferred; familiarity with strategic and operational aspects of health systems, claims data, provider/network data, or payer/provider workflows
- Experience with LLM-driven or AI-assisted features, including evaluating and validating generated output
