Salary: USD 175,000 - 190,000 / annual
Cambio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered features that drive the company's mission to decarbonize commercial real estate at scale. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on shipping LLM-powered products that solve real-world building management and decarbonization challenges.
In this role, you will:
- Translate decarbonization and building management challenges into scalable, measurable solutions that deliver customer value
- Prioritize ruthlessly between long-term growth bets and near-term product impact
- Collaborate across customer success, sales, and partnerships to align roadmap with customer and market needs
- Build shared AI infrastructure as a byproduct of shipping real features, and drive adoption across the organization
- Engage deeply with customers to understand pain points and translate insights into delightful product design
- Use data analytics to inform product decisions, setting and monitoring KPIs around model quality, evals, latency, and cost
- Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and execute product launch strategies
- Serve as primary stakeholder contact, managing expectations and providing regular updates to leadership and external partners
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and customer value, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and can influence cross-functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- 2-3+ years shipping LLM-powered features to customers
- Proven track record delivering customer-centric products that solve real-world problems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience using analytics to inform strategy
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Must be based in San Francisco or New York City (hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
